Homelessness is an issue that the United States has wrestled with for too long. California, one of the most populated states with homeless individuals, is still grappling with the correct means to address the ever-growing problem. As youth, the next generation of lawmakers, politicians, and contributors to tomorrow’s society, we do not have the same authority that officials do to solve the issue.
